Shop Facilities: A shop facility is the means
by which a business sells their products to
the community. Shop facilities can be built,
bought, or rented.
A shop facility provides all of its normal
benefits and Economy, Stability, and Loyalty
modifiers listed on its entry to your business
and the city it is built in while you own it or
are renting it (see below).
A business that builds or buys a shop
facility triples the Economy bonus that the
building provides it with. If the shop facility
does not have an Economy bonus, then it
provides you with a bonus on Economy
checks equal to ¼ of its BP cost (rounded
down). A business that rents a shop facility
gains an additional +1 bonus on Economy
per shop facility instead, as the extra money
is spent paying for rent and wages.
