Specialty Facilities: Specialty facilities have
the ability to create a wide variety of unique
and special items for your business. Their
expertise is needed to make the finest goods
possible.
A specialty facility provides all of its normal
benefits and Economy, Stability, and Loyalty
modifiers listed on its entry to your business
and the city it is built in while you own it or
are renting it (see below).
A business that builds or buys a specialty
facility grants you a +2 bonus to Economy. A
business that rents the services of a specialty
facility must pay this extra bonus to the
workers as a commission’s wage.
